Often when a family member or friend passes away, people choose to give to a charity in lieu of giving flowers.

HMRI is honoured to accept these generous and heartfelt contributions and we can ensure they are directed to a particular medical research project if requested.

The HMRI Book of Remembrance acknowledges people who have had donations made in their honour. The book features photos and tributes to people who have provided for HMRI in their will, or whose families donated money to HMRI in memoriam.

The HMRI Book of Remembrance is located at the HMRI Clinical Research Centre at John Hunter Hospital. We welcome the families and friends of those who have passed away to visit and view the book at any time.
